After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

A phone number to call for your virtual audio guestbook

Your unique 6-digit code for guests to enter when they leave their messages.
A link to a customisable Canva template, which you can personalise for your celebration and share with your guests.
A link to record your personal greeting for your guests to hear when they call in

Record Your Greeting
Follow the link to record your greeting message. This is a great opportunity to welcome your guests and explain how they can leave their own voice messages!

Optional: If you'd like, you can also send us a background image to personalize the look of your guestbook interface.
Enjoy Your Celebration!
With your greeting ready and your Canva template shared, it’s time to enjoy your event! Your guests will call in using the number provided, enter their unique 6-digit code, and leave their voice messages for you to treasure

Your Audio Gallery
Approximately one week after your event, you’ll receive an email with a link to your audio gallery where you can listen to all of the messages left by your guests. Additionally, a download link will be provided, allowing you to keep these memories forever!
